Contact form
When you send an enquiry, we process the data you enter: your name and email address, optionally your company and phone number, the message and the selected area of interest. We also record the page the enquiry was sent from and, if you arrived through a campaign link, the campaign name.
The purpose is to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare an offer. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The enquiry is forwarded by email to our business mailbox.
To protect against abuse (spam, excessive requests), the server briefly uses the sender's IP address and records it in the technical delivery log.
Visit statistics
We use our own tool on our own server for visit statistics. A random anonymous identifier is stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage), and, if you arrived through a campaign link, the campaign tag. We record the page visited, the referring page, the browser type and a shortened hash of the IP address — the IP address itself is not stored. The data is not shared with third parties and is used only to improve the site and measure campaign performance. You can clear local storage in your browser settings.
Embedded videos
Some articles contain YouTube videos in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When you play a video, Google processes data according to its own privacy policy.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiries for as long as needed for communication and possible cooperation, and afterwards only where required by law. Statistics records are kept for a maximum of 12 months.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Send requests to info@laus-deo.hr; we reply within one month at the latest.
